We were hot to trot at this year’s European Association of Internal Communication (FEIEA – pronounced ‘FIRE’) Grand Prix awards…

The FEIEA awards was doubly delightful for us, as we came away with two fantastic titles.

The awards celebrate best practice in internal communication across Europe with seven classes of awards and shortlisted entrants from six countries.

Our collaboration with ITV for its new employee awards programme, ‘The Makers – Celebrating What Matters’, won Class S1: Best Overall Internal Communications Strategy/Campaign.

Nick Robbins, Strategic Content Director, said: “Winning any award is reason to celebrate, but to be chosen as one of the top projects across Europe is a fantastic achievement for ITV and 44.”

And our partnership with Greene King for their Workday launch – ‘Start Your Workday Right!’ – won Class S2: Best Internal Communications Change Strategy/Campaign.

Tom Abbott, Partner – Strategy, said: “This was a fantastic campaign to be part of, and recognition from the FEIEA is the icing on the cake.”

There were three rounds of judging: national, pan-European, and the finals. The panel of experts said this year the entries were ‘overall impressive’, with ‘clear objectives’ and ‘well-documented measurement and impact’.

In other award news, The Makers – our project with ITV – also got ‘highly commended’ for Best Creative Campaign in the Gallagher’s 2025 Communications and Digital Experience Awards.

We love working on projects in partnership with our clients – and this recognition shows that our passion for what we do shines through.
