Community engagement
Who doesn’t want to go to bed at night knowing they’ve made a difference? It’s the reason we come to work, which is why we’re passionate about supporting our local communities through pro bono community engagement, an active charity programme, and work experience placements – all coming together as 44 Community.
Pro bono community engagement
We know there are lots of great causes that really need, but perhaps can’t fund, professional comms services. Which is why we started supporting local charitable organisations on projects, free of charge, such as Helping Hands and Guide Dogs.
So if your charity needs help with anything from branding to websites or a one-off project, get in touch to tell us more about what you need. If we can help, yours could be our next 44 Community pro bono project. Check out some of our recent projects for an idea of how we can help.
Fundraising
As well as regular charitable events supported with company matched funding, we’ve always encouraged colleagues to get involved with causes that matter to them personally – raising money through bake sales, sporting challenges and more. To date, we’ve raised around £10,000 for a host of different charities.

Work experience and placements
We want to encourage the next generation of creative talent, which is why we offer a limited number of placements each year to university students interested in pursuing a career in creative communications or employee engagement. We’re proud that some of our best work experience alumni have gone on to join our team as graduates.
