IoIC Shortlist 2025

The newspaper we produce in collaboration with Siemens Mobility has been shortlisted for ‘Best News Channel’ at the IoICs.

We are thrilled to announce that On Track – our publication created in collaboration with Siemens Mobility – has been shortlisted for ‘Best News Channel’ at this year’s Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) National Awards.

We are incredibly proud of this acknowledgment of On Track, which we launched in 2022. The publication delivers core messaging to Siemens Mobility’s diverse workforce, and adopts a people-focused approach to inform, unite, and celebrate employees across its 30+ sites.

Judges remarked that entries were all “really strong this year”. We are delighted that the hard work and creativity of the team behind On Track has been recognised. The publication is just one great example of how we work effectively to bring our client’s visions to life through creativity and trust.

“It’s great to see this recognition following on from our efforts to make the newspaper more people-focused,” said Harry Levey, On Track’s Editor and Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Manager for Siemens Mobility. “And to better reflect the diversity of our people, voices and roles across our organisation.”

44’s Hannah Montgomery, Project Manager of On Track, added: “The newspaper has come a long way – we are now working on issue 13 – and it’s been fantastic to see how it’s developed over time. Knowing that it is well received by the workforce, and has been recognised by industry experts, is incredibly rewarding.”

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 18 September – we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for the win!
