Digital safe working guide spreads cyber security messages

The challenge

How do you keep confidential data safe when working from home, and how do you bring those messages to life in a visual, accessible way? Enter NFU Mutual’s digital safe working guide, which was packed with practical advice on making users’ homeworking setups as safe as possible to prevent cyber-crime.

The solution

The safe homeworking interactive PDF was a visually appealing interactive file that users could click through to identify risks and security solutions. By clicking on hyperlinked objects within a home-office illustration users were taken to particular pages that outlined data protection do’s and don’ts.

The results

The digital safe working guide helped supplement the existing collateral worked up for NFU Mutual – a SHIELD logo summarising key data protection points, and several GIFS developed to raise awareness of homeworking safety. The PDF was well received and has helped strengthen the company’s key security messages while keeping pace with modern comms and technology trends.
