44 seals victory in Europe!
We can now lay claim to the title of best internal magazine in Europe, after clinching top honours at this year’s 2016 FEIEA Grand Prix Awards in Lisbon.
FEIEA, the European Association for Internal Communication, recognises the very best in IC across Europe, so we’re thrilled to be celebrating the win in the Best Internal Magazine category, for our work on Barclaycard’s The Globe.
It’s the first time that Barclaycard’s employee magazine has been shortlisted for this particular award, which goes out to the business’s 11,000-strong global workforce. The Globe is produced in partnership with the Barclaycard team and content specialist agency Write the Talk.
The 96-page issue, which secured this year’s award, was designed to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary and featured several change covers and a gold foil-block finish.
44 won a string of honours for The Globe last year too – including Best Front Cover and Best Photograph for a cover image by our specialist photography partner Debra Hurford Brown.
“Everyone’s really proud that The Globe has been recognised as the best employee magazine in Europe,” said 44 partner Corin Ashby. “I’m delighted that the team’s hard work and dedication has paid off.”
